David Kirk, CPA
David Kirk is a CPA and experienced finance manager who has spent a decade working with both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Master's in Finance from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the Franciscan University of Steubenville. He lives in Raleigh with his wife and their three children. When he’s not crafting spreadsheets and connecting with local business owners, he loves trying out local restaurants and breweries, snapping pictures on his dad’s old film camera, and perfecting his at-home pour-over coffee skills.
Patrick Wilmot, CPA
Patrick Wilmot is a CPA, a tax pro, and data wonk. He’s spent over a decade in industry and consulting, making clients’ data work for them. He earned his Master’s in Finance at the University of Houston and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the Franciscan University of Steubenville. Patrick resides in Houston, Texas with his wife and their four children. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys camping with his eldest son and expanding the family’s growing collection of board games.
AMANDA ABBOTT
Amanda is a seasoned accountant with extensive experience serving growth-focused small businesses. As a former corporate controller, she understands the unique challenges faced by owners and executives and enjoys collaborating with them to identify solutions and achieve their goals. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. She lives near Raleigh with her husband and their son. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her family, listening to classical music, and tackling any type of puzzle.
Stefano Pezzini
Stefano is a dedicated finance professional and holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Stefano lives in Raleigh with his wife and son. Beyond constructing financial models, he enjoys training mixed martial arts, reading, and exploring Raleigh's many lakes and greenways with his family.
Stewart Forthofer
Stewart is an experienced accountant who has spent most of his time in public accounting working with a wide variety of small business owners. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fayetteville State University. Stewart resides in Raleigh with his wife. When he is not working or studying for his CPA, you will likely find him on his back porch gardening or in the kitchen baking a cheesecake.
Liz LoSurdo
Liz is an accountant with over 10 years of experience in public accounting and payroll. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Franciscan University of Steubenville. She lives outside of Winchester, Virginia with her husband and two children. When she isn’t working, she can usually be found attending her kids’ sporting events or enjoying a round of golf. She also enjoys finding new wineries and breweries around the Shenandoah Valley with her family.
